With a history of forming long and successful partnerships with both private and national organisations, we recognise the exceptional results that a collaborative approach to development can achieve.

In the past we've worked with a number of private individuals, as well as national organisations such as English Heritage and Dover District Council, housing associations and local councils. But regardless of the size or profile of the organisation, they have all benefitted from our wide-ranging expertise and input.

Who we've worked with

English Heritage

We worked closely with English Heritage during our restoration of a former 17th century Grade II listed farmhouse in Rayleigh, Essex.

As a Grade II listed property, we had to be very careful about restoring this farmhouse to its former glory. Using English Heritage's invaluable expertise, we completed the renovation using traditional methods and keeping within the strict guidelines to produce a magnificent four-bedroom family home.

Dover District Council

Together with Dover District Council, we submitted a Planning Application for the future development of a multi-storey car park next to Dover Priory Station.

In a bid to alleviate the dearth of quality parking spaces at the rapidly expanding Dover Priory railway station, Churchgate worked closely with Dover District Council to obtain comprehensive planning permission on an unused old goods delivery yard. With planning obtained, a sale has been agreed in principle with Dover District Council.

Shepway Council

Working in partnership with Shepway District Council, we are planning a future high-profile redevelopment of the Listed Leas Club.

As part of a £500 million investment to improve Folkestone's historic and artistic quarters, The Leas will be a stunning Art Deco development of 68 luxury seafront apartments. On top of this, we are also working with the council to improve the existing facilities, adding a gym and health spa, health and beauty salon and coffee shop.

East Thames

East Thames Housing needed our help developing a number of affordable apartments as part of a larger scheme in Hadleigh.

Having understood their needs and how the apartment block would fit into the existing development, we were able to produce a beautifully modern eight-home apartment block that assimilated perfectly into the development and provided quality, affordable one and two bedroom apartments all with allocated parking.
